IDCS After School Program Fall Session 2024

The After School Fall Session will run from

October 7, 2024 through December 19, 2024

Please submit this form by October 7, 2024. We will not have clubs the week of 11/25/24-11/29/24.

There is limited space for all clubs. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Form AND payment must be received in order to reserve your child's spot in the club. Mrs. Monique will email you to let you know if the club is full.
All After School clubs run from 3:15 to 4:15 PM.
Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Payment must be received in order to reserve a spot in a club. SIgn up for Procare HERE to make a payment. Payments must be made online. We are not accepting cash or check payments any longer. Payment will be withdrawn from your bank account or credit card that is on file in Procare on October 7, 2024. Please ensure that your account has adequate funds to cover the payment.

A minimum enrollment of 8 students per club must be maintained otherwise the club will be cancelled. Club size is limited to 11 students unless otherwise noted.
Program will not be held on days when school is closed, half days, holidays or snow days.
Students must be picked up promptly at 4:15 PM. Failure to pick up the child at 4:15 PM will result in additional charges of $4.00 every 15 minutes after 4:15 PM . Students who are discipline problems or picked up late 2 times will be asked to give up their spot in the club and registration fees will not be refunded.

Behavior During After school: Students are expected to be able to stay with their club leader for the whole time. If a student is unable to stay in their club the club leader will ask that they be sent to the front office to sit with the After School Coordinator. If this happens more then two times we may ask that your child give up their spot in the club.

Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need to students who have not previously received a scholarship during the current school year. Scholarships can only be used for one club choice. If you wish to apply for a scholarship please see Mrs.Monique Kercado.

Homework club is $7.50 per day. Payment can be paid the day of homework club. They can come and use the computers and have help from teachers. They will need to bring their materials on the day that you come and you must be doing homework. If they want to come every Monday, Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday, Friday please note below.

Game On (Gr.PK-8) ~$60.00 per child for Fall Session. If you want to learn a new and fun game or activity every week this club is for you. Some games will include, Field games, treasure hunt, Bingo, Twister, Popdarts. ~Led By Allana Holmes.

Tuesday Clubs

Kids In The Kitchen (Gr.K-8) ~ $67.50 per child for Fall Session ~ Students will have fun learning how to make quick and easy after school snacks. ~ Led By Isabella Phillips.

Silly Slime (Gr.PK-8) ~$67.50 per child for Fall Session. Students will make their own slime using various ingredients and add-ins. Each week we will make a new kind of slime to take home.~ Led by Katy Malon.

Earthy Innovators (Gr.PK-8) ~ $67.50 per child for Fall Session. In this club we will use all things in nature to make fun crafts to take home. Every week we will make nature crafts like Clay impressions, flower bookmarks, bean mosaics, birdfeeders, rock pictures. ~ Led by Melanie Brown.

Wednesday Clubs

Crazy Crafts (Gr. PK-8) ~ $75.00 per student for Fall Session ~ Students will have the chance to make a craft each week to take home. Some crafts will be tie-dye, sand art, beaded jewelry and more. ~ Led By Katy Malon.

Thursday Clubs

Cheer Team (Gr.PK-8) ~ $67.50 per child for Fall Session. ~ Students will come together to work on cheers, chants, stunts, leadership skills, and community. ~ Led By Mrs. MaryEllen Geragotelis.

Balloon Twisting (Gr.2-8) ~ $67.50 per child for the Fall Session. ~ Students will learn how to make balloon animals, flowers, swords, hearts, and words all out of balloons. ~ Led by Dillon Dube.
