We are excited to be able to once again hold our annual school picnic this year! The IDCS picnic has been a beloved tradition for 25 years. It is a time for IDCS Families, Students and Staff to get together, have some fun and eat some great food.
The entire IDCS student body will be traveling to Harkness Memorial Park in Waterford, CT. We will leave the school at 9:00 a.m. and return to school by 1:45 p.m. We are encouraging families to drive to and from the picnic if at all possible because we have a limited number of buses. Read on to sign up to attend and volunteer. We are expecting 100% of families to complete this form.

We appreciate your participation in the annual IDCS staff survey. The responses will be used to guide future discussions and decisions. Also, this survey is anonymous; your name and email are not connected to your responses. Please complete this survey by May 9. The results will be shared with the parents, IDCS staff, and Governing Board.

IDCS will be holding a small basket raffle on June 16 after the annual picnic. Donations can be dropped off at the front desk.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to the school council sponsored food drive! We are extending the Food Drive through the end of the school year and inviting families to contact Rachel at [email protected], Cathy at [email protected] or sign up online at idcs.org/eattoday/ if you would like a box put together for your family (donation recipients will remain anonymous).
