I live in Norwich with my husband and three children (Seth 10th grade, Grace 9th grade and Ryan 5th grade @ IDCS) who have all attended IDCS. We have two pet geckos named Rocky and Puzzle.
Hobbies, Skills, Talents OR what do you like to do when you are not working?
When I am not working I love spending time outdoors. I love hiking, running, down hill skiing and just sitting in the sun at the beach.
Who is someone you admire and why?
I admire a lot of people however, the person I admire the most is my Grandmother, who is still living her best life at the age of 101. I admire her as she was a strong role model for our family. She was born in a time when people didn’t believe women should go to college. She grew up on a farm in the country. Her father was against her going to college. That didn’t stop her. She took a job in the city and attended college without her father's knowledge. She was the first person in her family to get a college degree. She got a degree in education. She opened up her own preschool during World War 2.
