Information reguarding the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) for school year 2023-24.

IDCS is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from Construction Companies with experience in creating a recreation field/area for public schools in Connecticut. Construction of a field, path around the field, a hardtop surface, and fencing on 0.72 acres. Submissions will be received in the Business Manager’s Office on or before October 18, 2024 by at 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened.

All RFPs shall be made based on the 2024 Land Development for Recreational Area. documents can be found on the IDCS website at www.idcs.org/rfp/

The company shall be selected based on criteria outlined in the RFP.

The IDCS Governance Committee Meeting will be postponed from today, Monday, September 9th at 4:00 p.m. to Wednesday, September 11th at 3:30 p.m.
