Alternative Income Form/Application for Assistance September 2026

Integrated Day Charter School
Application for Assistance
2026-2027
Every school year, a variety of opportunities are available for students based on household income. IDCS uses income guidelines to offer afterschool club and sports scholarships, reduced price school picture packages, free winter coats, and other opportunities throughout the school year. If eligible, your child would also qualify for S-EBT benefits in the summer.
If your household size and income fall within any of the ranges specified in Columns A or B below and you would like your child(ren) to be considered for assistance in the programs included above, please complete this form and return it to Rachel Stahl, IDCS, Inc., 68 Thermos Ave., Norwich, CT 06360. To qualify for assistance, students must have a signed and completed form on file.
Complete the form attached to this post. See below for household size and annual gross income guidelines. Column A is 130% or less than the federal poverty level, Column B is 131%-185% below the federal poverty level, Column C does not qualify for assistance. A household member is anyone who is living with you and shares income and expenses, even if they are not related or do not receive income. Sometimes children in the household earn income and this income should also be included.
